Position: HR Operations Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage and process employee records in government platforms (Qiwa, Muqeem, GOSI, etc.).
  • Handle employee documentation, contracts, and onboarding/offboarding processes.
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and company policies.
  • Coordinate with relevant authorities for work permits, visas, and social insurance.
  • Support payroll processing and employee benefits administration.
  • Assist in general HR administrative tasks and reporting.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources.
  • Experience: 3+ years in HR operations.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of government portals (Qiwa, Muqeem, GOSI, etc.).
  • Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
  • Skills: Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to handle multiple tasks.
