Position: HR Operations Specialist
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and process employee records in government platforms (Qiwa, Muqeem, GOSI, etc.).
- Handle employee documentation, contracts, and onboarding/offboarding processes.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and company policies.
- Coordinate with relevant authorities for work permits, visas, and social insurance.
- Support payroll processing and employee benefits administration.
- Assist in general HR administrative tasks and reporting.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources.
- Experience: 3+ years in HR operations.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of government portals (Qiwa, Muqeem, GOSI, etc.).
- Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to handle multiple tasks.
