Job Title: Safety Officer

Department: Occupational Health and Safety

Location: Al Madinah

Job Description:

The Safety Officer is responsible for ensuring a safe, healthy, and hazard-free work environment by implementing, monitoring, and enforcing occupational health and safety policies and procedures, while ensuring full compliance with relevant local and international safety standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement approved safety plans and procedures at the worksite.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify potential hazards and provide recommendations.
  • Monitor compliance with safety instructions and ensure the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Prepare reports on incidents, injuries, and safety violations, and submit them to management.
  • Contribute to promoting a strong safety culture in the workplace.

Qualifications:

  • Saudi nationality.
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Occupational safety and health.
  • Professional certifications in safety such as NEBOSH, OSHA, or IOSH (preferred).
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in occupational health and safety.
  • Excellent communication skills
