The Recruitment Specialist is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process to attract, select, and hire top talent aligned with the company’s goals. This role involves developing job postings, sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and working closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs. The Recruitment Specialist plays a key role in ensuring an efficient hiring process and delivering a positive candidate experience.

  • Sourcing and Candidate Attraction
  • Screening and Shortlisting.
  • Interview Coordination and Candidate Experience.
  • Offer Management and Onboarding Support

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related HR role
